WILD EDIBLES

A looming food crisis with floods and droughts linked to climate change already affects food supplies and prices. The amount of crops produced globally might drop by 30% in the next 30 years. Garlic mustard is an invasive wild edible where I live. Eating it will not only allow space for native plants, but will reduce the need to produce our usual foods.
