A coalition of 27 U.S. states, commonwealths, territories, counties, and cities have filed a federal lawsuit challenging the Administration’s “unlawful, unjustified, and sweeping revisions” to a 50-year-old law the President claimed would “streamline” infrastructure projects by limiting environmental reviews. National environmental groups have already presented a similar challenge to NEPA (National Environmental Act).
