Are we supposed to believe Bank of America’s statement that it takes its commitment to sustainability seriously? It has provided $106.69 billion in fossil fuel industry financing in the past few years–the fourth most of any bank. And it has funded Enbridge, the company responsible for the Weymouth compressor station the link that will make it possible to transport fracked gas to Canada and beyond.
