Perhaps it should be called the new abnormal. When I started working on climate change 30 years ago we were told we had 10 years to do something about it. Ten years later we were again told we had a decade. And then ten years after that strangely enough we were given 12 years. I wanted to tear my hair out. We needed to do something IMMEDIATELY all those years ago. So when you read the Times article below, you might weep. We do have to learn to live with impending disasters. But it’s remotely conceivable that it’s not too late to avoid total annihilation if we finally take action. Go back over my posts about all the wonderful things available to deal with the climate crisis and help find a way to support them.
