Youth climate activists are taking the Trump administration to a federal court over its anti-environment agenda, arguing that three of Trump’s pro-fossil fuel executive orders should be blocked. The lawsuit targets executive orders declaring a “national energy emergency” and aiming to “unleash American energy”, and another aimed at “reinvigorating” domestic production of coal, the most polluting and costliest fossil fuel.
