The Federal Reserve missed a deadline to release documents requested by Food & Water Action to reveal the extent to which the central bank has used one of its major Covid-19 lending programs to rescue the faltering oil and gas industry. On top of that, G20 countries, accounting for 80% of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions, have committed at least $150.81 billion to support fossil fuel energy while only $88.63 to support clean energy.
