By 2030 sea levels in Boston’s harbor might rise eight inches over those in 2000 and climb as much as three feet above 2013 levels by 2070. The world’s eighth most vulnerable to floods of 136 coastal cities, seawater at high tide now swamps some streets on sunny days. Weymouth is 15 miles south as the crow flies. The compressor site has already flooded in storms. It will be the only U.S. site on the ocean. Just how stupid is Enbridge?
