Using an energy-efficient way, researchers have transformed CO2 into structures called metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), suggesting a new and simpler route to dispose of it. CO2 is a very inert and stable molecule, so it’s difficult to get it to react using conventional conversion processes. This new easier approach is one that can be run at a much lower temperature and pressure and should make reactions that use CO2 easier to produce and more popular. It’s too complicated for me but sounds good, and you might be able to understand it by checking the link.
